James Bound is President and General Contractor for Greencraft. James is licensed in North and South Carolina and holds an Environmental Studies Degree from the University of Oregon. Combining a passion for building and for the environment, James coordinates and oversees all of our construction projects. James is the 2012, President Elect of the Asheville Home Builders Association, and also currently serves the AHBA as Chair of the Community Involvement Committee. James is also an active member of the Western North Carolina Green Building Council.
LeAnn Bound is our Office Manager, Sales and Design Coordinator. LeAnn brings inspiration and creativity to the construction site. She also coordinates all the "behind the scenes" work and is available to assist buyers and homeowners.
